Room capacity: 20 adults + children / Restaurant: 25 people

Apartment: 1 unit, suitable for 2 adults + 1 child up to 18 yrs. old or 2 children up to 12 yrs. old

Studio: 1 unit suitable for 2 adults + 1 child up to 18 yrs. old Or 2 children up to 12 yrs. old

Double room: 8 units

Eight (8) double rooms (200x200cm bed). Studio with a bedroom (17 sq. m.), one (1) apartment with a bedroom and a separate room with a couch. Each room is furnished with a bathroom, satellite TV, and a refrigerator.

The sauna is turned on 30 minutes prior to the time requested by guests. The base has a first category sewage treatment plan, as well as a high voltage backup generator for electricity.

Prices

For the entire house, bed and breakfast is 600.00 euros.

All overnight stays include homemade breakfast.

Double room: 57 euros (for 2 people + 1 child up to 6 yrs. old)

Studio: 75 euros (for 2 people + 1 or 2 children up to 6 yrs. old)

Apartment: 80 euros (for 2 people + 1 or 2 children up to 6 yrs. old)

Renting the entire house: 600 euros (max. 20 adults + children)

Private room: 35 euros

Extra bed: 10 euros

Pets are NOT allowed, except with a prior arrangement, which will cost 10 euros as an additional cleaning fee.

Transportation of groups of 10 people with an all-terrain van to and from Teteven – 25 euros.

Packages and discounts

A double room package may include half or full board. The price is negotiable, depending on the number of guests! We offer discounts for more than 2 nights stay, except on national holidays.

Restaurant

Since we are located separate from the town of Teteven, we have a small restaurant where we offer breakfast for our overnight guests. We prepare home-cooked meals with products from local producers. Soups, and here and there dishes, home-made meatballs and more…

Of course, the trout is freshly caught and we offer it in different regional styles: Tetevenska Salamura (Teteven Fish Stew) and other fish stews is a perfect pairing for the Teteven Plum Rakiya! The trout on tile is borrowed from an old Teteven dish with small river fish with lots of onion and tomato sauce.

The restaurant is always open on the weekend, however we prefer you call us in advance, as we may be on holiday!

IMPORTANT!

FOR BROUGT IN ALCOHOL, A CHARGE OF 10 EUROS IS PAID PER ROOM!

EATING AND BRINGING FOOD INTO THE ROOMS IS ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED!

SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE ENTIRE BUILDING! ASHRAYS ARE PROVIDED ON ALL BALCONIES!

THE BARBECUE IN THE YARD IS SELF-SERVICE, you will receive dishes and utensils from us – please do not use disposable utensils! If you would like service from the restaurant, we will be grateful for a symbolic payment.

It is advisable for groups to prepare a preliminary menu, upon request, the menu for the packages is consulted with the guests regarding their preferences!

Our 2 pet dogs walk freely, they are harmless to people and dewormed: They may bark if you carry a stick (walking stick or otherwise). If you have a pet, please keep it on a leash at all times! We must be warned in advance, as our dogs are territorial and may become aggressive towards other dogs.

We would be grateful if you would let us know about your visit in advance, even if you just wish to stop by on your walk and admire the view. The restaurant requires prior arrangement, especially if it is not on the weekend! We need to take the dogs in and put them on a leash – if they follow you down, please bring them back, as they cannot find their way home!!!

THE ROAD IS PASSABLE FOR CARS, BUT WE RECOMMEND A 4x4 OR JEEP!!! If you are just going for a walk, you can leave your car down at the big bend at the beginning of the dirt road.

THE TURN-OFF FOR VILLA CHERVEN IS ABOUT 2KM AFTER TE CITY CENTER, AT THE “TOPLIKA” FOUNTAIN OPPOSITE THE “DETELINA” KINDERGARTEN (on the road to “Ribaritsa”). DO NOT LEAVE TETEVEN, IF YOU SEE A SIGN INDICATING THE END OF TETEVEN, YOU MUST TURN BACK!!! Feel free to ask the locals regarding the Konski Dol area and the fishponds.
